MEETING15 S.A. is a Polish company that develops and operates a SaaS platform for all types of events, physical/on-site, virtual/on-line and hybrid.

Since the company’s founding in 2019, its platform has been used to organize more than 550 events per year, has been deployed by 455 companies in the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Germany, Poland, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, France, Romania, Austria, Finland, and other European countries, and has been used by more than 200,000 people and many global organizations.

The MEETING15 platform offers coverage of small as well as large-scale events with up to 60,000 participants. From the start, both organizers and participants benefit from the MEETING15 platform since there is no need for any downloads. All you need to use the platform is just a smartphone, tablet or pc, and a browser. The tools were developed together with clients to activate participants and assure the value of the event.

The MEETING15 platform’s wide variety of tools allows custom registration with whitelist/blacklist options, multi-language chat by group/language, easy participation in networking, event ticket purchases, live surveys, voting, pop-up messages, dedicated space for sponsors, gamification with teambuilding, and much more.

The Training-Test-Certification tool used until recently in offices, events and schools is now being used in factories, and all of that on participants’ smartphones any time and any place. Through a variety of features, the MEETING15 platform meets the various needs of all types events.

In April 2021, MEETING15 established a Japanese subsidiary, MEETING15 K.K., in Tokyo to develop the Japanese market.

To assist with establishing the Japanese subsidiary, JETRO's Invest Japan Business Support Center (IBSC) provided consultation (registration, tax, labor) and introduced service providers (administrative scriveners, tax accountants, labor consultants, and banks).
